Please fill out the information in the form below. At the end of the form, you will be asked to upload images and files.

Once we receive your information, you will be emailed a secure link for payment. We will contact you via email within two business days to schedule a day and time to discuss your expectations and requirements via phone. Within 2 weeks of our scheduled meeting we will send you your landscape plan deliverables via email. Thank you for choosing Courtyard Creations!

Step 1

Submit your info

Fill out the contact form with the details of your design creation request. Upload images of your yard as well as any other design reference files you would like to share. You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.

Step 2

Design consultation call

We'll contact you via email within two business days to set up a design consultation call to go over your pictures, design objectives, and requirements.

Step 3

Design delivery

Within two weeks of our scheduled meeting, our designers will craft your landscape design and deliver plan documents to you electronically via email.

Remember when taking pictures of larger areas, stand in the center and take three pictures right to left in order to create the whole picture.

If your location is an existing house, we can create your design without a plot plan by using GIS data, however GIS data is not exact and property lines or dimensions may be construed. It is best to provide a plot, site, or building plan to ensure the most accurate design and material quantities.
