Courtyard Creations offers several different design packages to meet your needs. Packages are based on whether the design is for a single yard (front or back) or for the full property. Full property designs are based on the size of the lot. For lots larger than 1 acre in size or for other special needs, please contact us for customized pricing.
Front or Back Yard
Partial renovation for front or back yard. Includes:

Half Acre or Less
Renovation or new construction plans for lots of 1/2 acre or less. Includes:
- 3D renderings and scaled prints
- Plant/shrub recommendations
- Detailed hardscape square footage
- Lighting plan
- *1 Revision

Half to Acre Lot
Renovation or new construction plans for lots between 1/2 acre and 1 acre. Includes:
- 3D renderings and scaled prints
- Plant/shrub recommendations
- Detailed hardscape square footage
- Lighting plan
- *1 Revision

*Additional revisions will be billed @ hourly rate
